Time Limits

There are time limits for you to conclude your case after a car accident. Generally, after a car accident, you have three years to either settle your case or sue the person who injured you.  There are also differing time limits too numerous to mention here for you if you have been injured in accidents that are not automobile related. If you have been injured due to the negligence of another person and not the result of a car accident, you need to keep in mind that these limitations can be as low as a year for you to file a lawsuit. If you are in such a position, you should seek legal information to help you determine how long you have to assert your rights.
